There is a chance that the song is going to be featured on the 2024 rework of her album, horny.4u.

Background

Ayesha played song snippets on two different Instagram lives, the first time being on January 5^th, 2024 and the second time being on January 6^th, where she played the full song.

During Ayesha's April 1^st Instagram live, she discussed about the song's release date:

"I'm trying to decide if the next single I do is either "Handjob" or a song called "It's On", I played that earlier. I'm thinking it might be from the album 'cause I feel like, it's supposed to be a pop project technically, but it's not like tight into that."

On May 9^th, Baku posted a Instagram story with a snippet of the beginning of the song, confirming a release for May: "Collab song at the end of the month :) more info soon", but the release did not happen at the moment.

Despite Ayesha stated that either "Handjob" or "It's On" were going to be the next single for her upcoming album horny.4u, she ended up releasing "Hot Dog Hooker" as a single exclusively through her SoundCloud profile "worlds biggest coke whore" on May 26^th, 2024, with the song being released to all digital platforms on June 10^th.
