"Control" is a single by Ayesha Erotica. It was originally recorded for her debut album, BIG JUICY, with the demo being released on January 10th, 2016. The song's final version, although not making the album's final tracklist, was released as a single sometime in 2016. It was later considered for her scrapped 2018 album, horny.4u.[1]
On February 26th, 2024, Ayesha announced the song would be reworked and featured as a track on the 2024 version of her album, horny.4u.[2]

Ayesha initially posted an unfinished demo of the track to her "pussysugar" SoundCloud account on January 10th, 2016, under the title “Control (Rough demo for 2016 pop album)”, and the final version was released sometime in 2016.

Although the “2016 pop album” presumably became BIG JUICY, the song didn’t make it to the album’s final tracklisting.[1]
Old fans claim that after the release of the rough demo, Ayesha uploaded a finished version of the song to "pussysugar" during the early months of 2016, before ultimately deleting it. On April 28th of the same year, she posted the official instrumental to her "ayeshainstrumentals" SoundCloud account, alongside the instrumental to the song’s sequel “Control: The Finale”. It’s worth noting that on this account, the only song she tagged as unreleased was “Hot Shit”, further evidencing that both “Control” and it's sequel were available at that point.[1]
The song was reportedly teased by Ayesha numerous times throughout 2017–early 2018, with mentions of it being finished. In 2017, Ayesha was preparing to release her later-cancelled Fresh Meat album, and in early 2018, she was previewing and posting material intended for the scrapped project, including songs such as “Alone” and “Delicious”. Because of this, it can assumed that “Control” was also meant for it.[1]
As 2018 progressed, Ayesha officially began work on horny.4u, with the three aforementioned tracks slated for inclusion. On August 28th, Ayesha posted a snippet of “Control” to her Instagram stories, alongside “Hello Kitty”, “Vacation Bible School”, “All Around The World", “Iconic”, and “Taco Bell”. Although much like its predecessor Fresh Meat, the album was unfortunately scrapped.[1]
The single version resurfaced on February 26th, 2024, and it was most likely intended to be used for horny.4u.[3]
